M District Future Growth Node Survey - Phase 2

Public Consultation

During this second phase of the M District Future Growth Node comprehensive planning process, we are seeking public feedback on the draft secondary municipal planning strategy policies that will enable development agreements for the M District Future Growth Node. We are also seeking feedback on the submission documents provided by the two applicants (ZZAP and WM Fares Architecture). 

Your feedback will help us refine the policies for the M District Future Growth Node that will enable the adoption of any development agreement on the lands. A summary of the feedback will be posted on this Shape Your City page, after Phase 2 of public engagement is finished.

Privacy Statement

In accordance with Section 485 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), any personal information collected in this form will only be used by municipal staff and, if necessary, individuals and/or organizations under service contract with the Halifax Regional Municipality for purposes relating to processing the M District Future Growth Node project survey.
