Three brick buildings along Barrington Street
Three 2½-storey brick buildings with stone foundations, similar roof styles and dormer windows, were all built within a 20 year period of each other between 1865 and 1885. The Lithgow House (far left) was originally constructed as a double house, the southern half of the building was demolished in the 1970s to create parking space for Dalhousie University’s adjacent O’Brien Residence building.
